Answer:

Solved Below

Step-by-step explanation:

1) iii) SSA

2)Since AB = AC , ∠B = ∠C   (ANGLES OPPOSITE TO EQUAL SIDES ARE EQUAL)

 Let ∠B = ∠C= x

⇒∠A   + ∠B +  ∠C = 180° (Angle Sum Property)

  70° + x +x = 180°

  2x = 180° -70°

   x = 110° ÷ 2

x= 55°

B= 55°

3) From given figure, ∠BCD= 180°(Linear Pair)

           ∠BCA + ∠ACD = 180°

        ⇒∠BCA= 180°- 140°

        ⇒∠BCA = 40°

 (Since AC= BC)

∠A   + ∠B +  ∠C = 180° (Angle Sum Property)

x    +      x + 40 °=   180°(Since AC= BC, ∠B=∠A )

2x = 140°

x = 140° ÷ 2

x = 70°

∠A = ∠B =  70°

4) ∠P and ∠Q
