Let the Other number be X

One number is 5/2

Product of two number
= Product of Other number and One number
= ( X ) x ( 5/2) = 5X/2
But it is also given that product of two numbe is 16/9

So we must have
5X/2 = 16/9
=>5X =( 16 x 2 ) / 9
=>5X = 32 / 9
=> X = ( 32 / 9 ) x ( 1 / 5 )
=> X = 32 / 45

Therfore , Other number = 32 / 45
