multiply both the equations by 6

so, the equations become

9x-10y=-12.......3

2x+3y=13.......4

multiply eq 3 by 3 and eq 4 by 10

so, 27x-30y =-36.......6

20x+30y=130......7

add eq 6 and eq 7

so ,47x=94

x=94/47

Therefore , x=2

substitute x =2 in eq 4

so,4+3y=13

3y=13-4

3y=9

y=9/3

y=3

Therefore the solution of this equation is (2,3)
