Final Answer: 2:1 .

Since,
Length of original coil = l (say)
Then,
Length of half coil = l/2
V = Potential Difference
R = Resistance
Heat produced in coil α V^2/R
and R α length

Since, Potential difference will be same through both of them.
Therefore,
Heat produced α 1/ l
=> H (half - coil) / H(Original coil) = 2:1

JinKazama1: I didn't mentioned anywhere equality :)
raminder1: but that doesnt means that H is not proportional to t
raminder1: i think H should also be proportional to t
JinKazama1: We are considering for same time interval which is not mentioned
raminder1: that should be mentioned na
JinKazama1: Yep
raminder1: okok
raminder1: plz answer my Q
raminder1: m gonna post
raminder1: hey
