LHS

0/0 = 100 - 100/100 - 100

=(10^2)-(10^2)/(10^2)-(10^2)

=(10+10) (10-10)/10(10-10)

=10+10/10

=20/10

=2 proved

But actually is not possible and it contradict the fact.
