III) Magnitude of Earthquake means the power of Earthquake to destroy the phenomenon of Earth.

IV) The device named Richter scale is used to measure the magnitude of earthquake.

There are different types of magnitude for different locations. But the measure of vibrations and seismic waves are only of three types called P waves,S waves and L waves..
