10 =  \frac{70}{70 + x}  \times 100 \\  \frac{10}{100}  =  \frac{70}{70 + x}  \\  \frac{1}{10}  =  \frac{7 0 }{70 + x}  \\ 700 = 70 + x \\ 700 - 70 = x \\ x = 630
