Explanation

We know,

Weight of rice be, If weight drum when full with rice ,Subtract when drum is empty .

So,

★ Weight of rice = Weight of full drum with rice - Weight of empty drum

==> Weight of rice = 103/6 - 8/3

==> Weight of rice = (103 - 8 * 2)/6

==> Weight of rice = (103 - 16)/6

==> Weight of rice = 87/6 kg

Hence

• Weight of " rice " be = 87/6 kg
