Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number be X

On doubling it then it becomes 2X

on adding 18 then it becomes =2X+18

on taking away 10 then 2X+18-10=2X+8

on halving it then it becomes (2X+8)/2

=>2(X+4)/2

=>X+4

on taking away 4 from it=X+4-4=X

answer =X

We get our thinking number

Answer:

4(x+3) I think this is the answer but I'm not sure if the answer is in the correct format

Step-by-step explanation:

((2x+8)/2)-4= 4x+16-4= 4x+12= 4(x+3)
