LHS =
sin 1/2 (180) = sin 90 = 1 ....(i)

RHS =
tan 1/2 A tan 1/2 (B+C) = tan A/2 tan (180 - A)/2
= tan A/2 tan 90 - A/2
= tan A/2 cot A/2 ( tan theta = cot (90- theta))
= 1 (tan theta * cot theta = 1)

Therefore LHS = RHS
