Answer: a= -5 and b= -1

Step-by-step explanation:

Take a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2 ,

You will get 2/a+b = -3/-a-b+3 = 7/4a+b

So when cross multiplying, You'll get 2(-a-b+3) = -3(a+b)

which when simplified, gives a= -6-b, take it as equation 1

now, do the same cross multiplying for the y and constant term.

you will end up with -5a + 4b = 21 , so take it as equation 2.

substitute equation 1 in 2,

You can simplify and finally get b=-1,

now substitute b= -1 in eq 1 , so you will get a as -5.
