Answer:

(x-y) (x+y-2)

Step-by-step explanation:

=x(x-2)-y(y-2)

if we will expand we will get

=x²-2x-y²+2y

=x²-y²-2x+2y

we know that x²-y² is equal to (x+y)(x-y)

so we apply this and in -2x+2y side we take 2 as common

=((x+y)(x-y)) - 2(x-y)

now we take x-y as common

=(x-y) (x+y-2)

so this our answer

hope it helps
