then by the general equation we get,
2g=3 and 2f=-2
g=3/2 f=-1
And √(g^2+f^2-c)=5
=√(9/2+1-c)=5
=9/2+1-c=25. (squaring both side , we get)
=11/2-c=25
=c=11/2-25
=c=39/25
So equation of the circle is,
x^2+y^2+2gx+2fy+c=0
By putting the vale we get the answer
