Use the formula for dividend given below.
Dividend = (Investment / M.V.) * (r / 100) * N.V.
=> 65 = (1430 / M.V.) * (5 / 100) * 100
=> M.V. = (1430 * 5) / 65
=> M.V. = 1430 / 13
