Heya
(2) a^log n to the base a is n
x^log (1-x)² to the base x is (1-x)²
(1-x)²= 9
1-x = √9
1-x=+/-3
x= 4
x= -2
Option 1.
(3) nloga = log a^n
logx+log = log xy
log2+log√a + log √b = log(a+b)
log 2√ab = log (a+b)
2√ab = a+b
√a²+√b²-2√ab = 0
(√a - √b)²= 0
√a-√b= 0
√a=√b
=> a=b
Hope it helps!
(Sorry I have no idea about the first one)
