Solution :-

if two line are parallel so,

a1b2-a2b1=0

so,

here

a1=2, a2=k

b1=-3, b2= -9

so,

2×-9 - k×-3=0

=>-18 +3k=0

=>3k=18

=>k=18/3

=>k= 6

Thus :--

value of k will be.

= 6
