By taking 140° and letting a in the st. line,

140° + a = 180°

a = 40°

And,

By taking 70° and letting b on st.line,

70° + b = 180°

b = 110°

Now,

Taking the Quadrilateral ,

150° + x + 110° + 40° = 360° ( Sum of angles of quadrilateral )

or, 300° + x = 360°

: x = 60 °

Hence,

x is equals to 60 degrees

( There are many methods for solving )

Note : if the 70° angle is inside the Quadrilateral then the answer will be 100° , if outside then answer will be 60°
