The sum of their ages will be 95.

Solution :

Aruna age = 6x
Karuna age = 5x

Then according to condition the difference between their ages will be 5 years :

6x-5x = 5
x=5

Aruna age = 6*5 = 30
Karuna age = 5*5 = 25

After 20 years :

Aruna age = 30+20 = 50 years
Karuna age = 25+20 = 45 years

The sum of ages of both = 50+45 = 95 years

Ans : 95 years.
