$= \frac{625}{81} \times \frac{729}{15625}$

$= \frac{9}{25} = { \frac{5}{3} }^{2x}$

$= { \frac{25}{9} }^{ - 1} = { \frac{5}{3} }^{2x}$

$= { \frac{5}{3} }^{ - 2} = { \frac{5}{3} }^{2x}$

$= 2x = ( - 2)$

$x = \frac{ - 2}{2}$

$= x = ( - 1)$
