Khairul Age=(x+6) years
Mother's Age=(7x+6) years

Now In 4 years

Khairul Age=(x+6+4) years
Mother's Age=(7x+6+4) years

Now Mother Will 3 Times The Khairul
Equation
3(x+6+4)=(7x+6+4)

Now You wondering why we Multiply 3 to age of Son instead of Mother age. As we are Solving it by Linear Equation in which
RHS=LHS
And if we Multiply 3 to mother age equation will be incorrect.

So
3(X+6+4)=(7x+6+4)
3(X+10)=7x+10
3x+30=7x+10
3x-7x=10-30
-4x=-20. (- -=+)
X=20/4
X=5

Khairul Present Age
(X+6)
5+6
=11 years

Now His mother's Present Age
(7x+6)
=7×5+6
=35+6
=41 years
