\bold{\large{\underline{Solution\: \colon}}}

\bold{48x^{2} \: - \: 13x \: - \: 1}

Split the \bold{- 13 x } into -16x and +3x.

\therefore When we split -13 x into -16x and 3x we get "-13x" when add and "-48x²" when multiply.

\bold{48x^{2} \: - \: 16x \: + \: 3x \: - \: 1}

\bold{16x(3x \: - \: 1) \: +\: 1(3x \: -\: 1)}

\bold{(16x\: +\: 1)(3x\: - \: 1)}

\bold{\underline{Answer\: \colon}}

\bold{\boxed{\boxed{(16x\: +\: 1)(3x\: - \: 1)}}}
