 {a}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} } = 23

 {a}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} } = 25 - 2

 {a}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} } + 2 = 25

 {(a + \frac{1}{a} )}^{2} = 25

a + \frac{1}{a } = 5

cubing \: on \: both \: sides

 {a}^{3} + \frac{1}{ {a}^{3} } + 3(5) = 125

{a}^{3} + \frac{1}{ {a}^{3} } = 110

Hope it helps.

if you like the process PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST I NEED IT PLEASE.
