We know that A = P(1 + r/100)^n
= > 1875(1 + 4/100)^2
= > 1875(1 + 1/25)^2
= > 1875(26/25)^2
= > 1875(676/625)
= > 676 * 3
= > 2028.
We know that CI = A - P
= 2028 - 1875
= 153.
Therefore the CI which she has to pay = 153 rupees.
