Given principal = 1875.

Given Time n = 2 years.

Given r = 4%.

We know that A = P(1 + r/100)^n

= > 1875(1 + 4/100)^2

= > 1875(1 + 1/25)^2

= > 1875(26/25)^2

= > 1875(676/625)

= > 676 * 3

= > 2028.

We know that CI = A - P

                            = 2028 - 1875

                            = 153.

Therefore the CI which she has to pay = 153 rupees.

Hope this helps!

Principal = Rs 1875
Rate = 4%
Time = 2 years

We know,

a = p(1 + \frac{r}{100} ) ^{n}

Here, putting given values,

amount = 1875(1 + \frac{4}{100} ) ^{2} \\ \\ \\ => amount \: =1875 ( 1 + \frac{1 }{25} ) ^{2} \\ \\ \\ => amount = 1875( \frac{26}{25} ) ^{2} \\ \\ \\ \\ => amount \: = 1875 \times \frac{26}{25} \times \frac{26}{25} \\ \\ \\ => amount \: = 3 \times 676 \\ \\ \\ => amount \: =2028

Then, C.I = amount - principal

C.I. = 2028 - 1875

C.I. = Rs 153
