SOLUTION:-

Given:

Quadratic polynomial is-

 {x}^{2}  + (a + 1)x + b = 0

Sum of the zeroes of the equation are 2 & -3:

 =  >  \alpha  = 2 \: and \:  \beta  =  - 3

Sum of zeroes:

 =  >  \frac{coefficient \: of \: x}{coefficient \: of \:  {x}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  > 2 + ( - 3) =  -  \frac{(a + 1)}{1}  \\  \\  =  >  - 1 =  - (a + 1) \\  \\  =  > 1 = a + 1 \\  \\  =  > a = 1 - 1 \\  \\  =  > a = 0

And Product of zeroes:

 =  >  \frac{coefficient \: term}{coefficient \: of \:  {x}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  > 2 \times ( - 3) =  \frac{b}{1} \\  \\  =  >  - 6 =   b \\  \\  =  > b =  - 6

Hence,

a= 0 & b= -6

Hope it helps ☺️
