\tt \dfrac{3t - 2}{4}  -  \dfrac{2t  + 3}{3}  =  \dfrac{2}{3}  - t

LCM of denominator 3 and 4 is 12

So,

   \tt\dfrac{3(3t - 3) - 4(2t + 3)}{12}  =  \dfrac{2}{3}  - t

\tt9t - 6 - 8t - 12 = 12( \dfrac{2}{3}  - t)

★ ( solving the bracket ↑↑)

\tt9t - 8t - 18 =  \dfrac{24}{3}  - 12t

\tt \: t - 18 = 8 - 12t

\tt \: t   + 12t = 8  + 18

\tt 13t = 26

\tt  t  =2

\tt \dfrac{(2x + 7)}{5}  -  \dfrac{3x + 11}{2}  =  \dfrac{2x + 8}{3}  - 5

\tt \dfrac{2x + 7}{5}  -  \dfrac{3x + 11}{2}  =  \dfrac{2x + 8}{3}  - 5

\tt \dfrac{4x + 14 - 15x - 55}{10}  =  \dfrac{(2x + 8 - 15)}{3}

\tt \dfrac{ - 11x + 14}{10}   =   \dfrac{2x  - 7}{3}

 \tt - 33x - 20x =  - 70 + 123

\tt  - 53x = 53

\tt x =  - 1
