HI !

1) Fe(OH)₂ + HCl   -----> FeCl₂ + H₂O             - -- Unbalanced equation

LHS:-
Fe =1
O = 2
H = 3
Cl =1

RHS :-
Fe =1
O = 1
H = 2
Cl =2

Balanced equation:-
Fe(OH)₂ + 2HCl   -----> FeCl₂ + 2H₂O
==================================================

2)  Mg(OH) + HCO₃    ---> MgCO₃ + H₂O     ---->Unbalanced equation

LHS:-
Mg =1
O = 5
H = 4
C = 1

RHS:-
Mg = 1
O =4
H = 2
C = 1

Balanced equation:-
Mg(OH) + HCO₃    ---> MgCO₃ + 2H₂O
