Plz solve

The heights of two vertical poles above the earth surface are 57/4 m and 67 / 3 m respectively. How much higher is the second pole as compared with the height of the first pole.

Plz answer my dear brainlies..

Height of first pole is 57/4

Height of second pole=67/3

We have to subtract them to obtain their difference...

Answer is 97÷ 13.........

The correct answer of the question is

Length of 1st pole =57/4 m

Length of 2nd pole =67/3 m

Therefore 2nd pole in longer than 1st pole by = (67/3-57/4)m

= 97/12 m
