THE ANSWER IS HERE,

 =  >  \: ( \sqrt{2}  + 3)( \sqrt{2}  + 1)

 =  >  \:  \sqrt{2} ( \sqrt{2}  + 1) + 3( \sqrt{2}  + 1)

 =  >  \: 2 +  \sqrt{2}  + 3 \sqrt{2} + 3

 =  >  \: 5 + 4 \sqrt{2} .
