Explanation:

We know for no change of phase,

all heat supplied , Q = mc∆T is used to raise temperature only.

But during phase change there is no temperature change of the substance.

where L is latent heat.

Using the above logic and formula we can reach the conclusion that

i) between time 5 to 20 minutes there is first phase change, fusion

ii) between time 30 to 40 minutes there is second phase change, evaporation.
