Hey mate this is your answer.......
In ∆ ABC , tan 60°= AB/AC =√3=h/AC
= AC = h/√3
In ∆ BDC , tan 30°= x/CD = 1/√3 = x/AC
= 1/√3 = x/h √3
= h/3
Now , BE +AE = h
x + 10 = h
h/3 + 10 = h
10 = h - h/3
10 = 3h - h/3
30 = 2h
h = 15m.........
