 {(x + 1)}^{4}  =   {( {x}^{2 }  + x - 6)}^{2}

Now...

 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 1 =   {x}^{2}  + x - 6

here we can't take x as it gets negative value. so... try this as it was a square root....

 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 1 =  - ( {x}^{2}  + x - 6)

now we get two values of x

  1. x = -2.5
  2. x = 1

But we can't take negative value. So the ans is 1. Also if we place 1 instead of x in the equation we get 4.so,the x= 1 passes the equation.
