To find the number of digits in the square root of any perfect square is easy.
All you need to do is arrange the digits in pairs starting from the digit at the extreme left.
Lets take the first question.
We nned to find no. of digits in square root of 144.
I am going to arrange the digits in pairs starting from left.
1 44.
As you can see, I made two such groups. So that means there are 2 digits in the square root of 144.
Take 8,94,916.
89 49 16.
I've grouped them into three pairs. So there are three digits in its square root.
Similarily, for the last two questions.
1 21 00. => 3 digits in its square root
7 29. => 2 digits in its square root.
