THEREFORE 21/60 = d/3+d/4

7/20 = (4d+3d)/12

(7/20)*12 = 7d

(7/20)*12/7 = d

Seven is cancelled by seven

therefore 12/20 = distance

= 3/5 = distance

= 0.6 km is distance between house and school
