because according to identity a^-1=1/a

 =  {(\frac{5}{20}  -  \frac{4}{20} )} ^{2}  \times  \frac{8}{5}

 = {( \frac{1}{20} )}^{2}  \times  \frac{8}{5}

 =  \frac{1}{400}  \times  \frac{8}{5}

 =  \frac{1}{250}
