1.. x= 60°as it is opposite interior angles ..
2.. y=55° as it is again interior opposite angles.
3.. yes ..angle 1 = angle 2
4.. angle z= 90-60=30 (linear pair)
5.. angle x = 120° (corresponding angles)
6.. a= 90-60=30 (linear pair)
d= a ( vertically opposite angles)
angle a = vertically opposite angles of
d as it is corresponding angles,
therefore ,angle d = 30°

Equestriadash: 3. How is angle 1 = angle 2?
Equestriadash: They did not specify that the lines are parallel.

a) x=60 degree because they are alternate interior angles,b) x=55 degree because they are interior angles,c) yes,angle 1= angle 2 ,because according to the Euclid's fifth postulate, angle 1+angle 4 =180 and angpe 2+angle 3 =180 therefore,angle 1 and angle 2 are equal. d) 60+z=180
z=180-60
z=120 because interior angles on the same side of transversal=180,e) x=120 because they are corresponding angles,f)
