Here's your answer...

We know that in a triangle, the sum of angles is always 180°.
So x+3x+y = 180
4x+y = 180
And there is another equation given, -5x + 3y = 30
By solving the simultaneous equations...

-5x + 3y = 30
12x + 3y = 540

x = 30°
4×30 + y = 180
120 + y = 180
y = 60°
So angle a = 30°
angle b = 90° (3×30)
angle c = 60°
