Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

“the perimeter of square and rectangle is same”

••Perimeter of square = Perimeter of Rectangle

•• 4a = 2(l+b)

•• 4(60) = 2(80+b)

•• 250 = 160+2b

•• 2b = 90

••>b = 45m

Area of square = a² (a= side length)

= 60² = 3600m²

Area of Rectangle = l × b (l = Length, b =breadth)

= 80×45 = 3600m²

Therefore, The Areas of both square and Rectangle are equal.
