Using Pythagoras Theorem
BD=15 m
Ar(trABC)=0.5*5*12=30 m^2
Ar (tr ABD)=2*3*√35=35.5 m^2(approx)
√35=5.916
Area of quad. ABCD=30sqm+35.5sqm
=65.5m^2(approx)
