derive the value of one variable from one equation and then put the value of variable in other equation then it will be converted into linear equation in one variable and will be easy to solve...

3 x - (y + 7)/11  + 2 = 10........i

2 y + (x + 11)/7 = 10.............ii

Since, both the equation is equal to 10 we can equate them,

3 x - (y + 7)/11  + 2 = 2 y + (x + 11)/7

33 x - y - 7 + 22/11 =  14 y + x + 11/7

Cross multiply two equation

7 * (33 x - y - 7 + 22) = (14 y + x + 11) * 11

On solving you will get a simple equation which on further solving the equation you will get the value of x and y.
