For equal roots condition
B sq =4 AC
-(7p+2) sq =4 (2p+1).(7p-3)
49p sq + 4 + 28p = 4(14p sq +p-3)
49p sq +4 +28p=56 p sq + 4p -12
7 p sq -24p -16=0
now factor it and u got value of p
