Hi ,

If PQR is an equilateral triangle .

radius of the each sector = r = 14 cm

sector angle = x = 60°

area of the shaded region = 3 × sector area

A = 3 × ( x/360 ) × π r²

= 3 × ( 60 /360) × 22/7 × 14 × 14

= 3 × 1/6 × 22 × 2 × 14

= 22 × 14

= 306 square cm

I hope this helps you.

HELLO DEAR

I THINK YOUR QUESTIONS WAS IN COMPLETE

right questions is like that:-

find the area of shaded region ,
if PQR is an eqiulateral triangle and the radii of the each circle is 14cm

given that:-

PQR is an equilateral triangle

hence, each angle = 60°

then also angle of each secret is 60°

area of shaded region = 3× [Area of shaded sector whose angle=60° and radius=15cm]

we know that;-

area of sector =
 \frac{ \alpha }{360} \times \pi {r}^{2}
now put the values

we get,

area of each secter=
 \frac{60}{360 } \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times 14 \\ = > \frac{1}{6} \times 22 \times 2 \times 14 \\ = > \frac{22 \times 14}{3} \\ = > \frac{308}{3} = 102.666c {m}^{2}

and the area of three secter = 3×102.666
=>307.99 cm²

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
