Here given, One root is = 0

So others root which are reciprocal =

 \alpha  \:  \:  \: and  \:  \:  \frac{1}{ \alpha }

Now, sum of three roots =

 \alpha  +  \frac{1}{ \alpha }  + 0 =  -  \frac{b}{a}  \\  \implies \:  \alpha  +  \frac{1}{ \alpha }  =  -  \frac{b}{a}

So,

the sum of the reciprocal of the others two zeroes is =

 \alpha  +  \frac{1}{ \alpha }  =  -  \frac{b}{a}
