a + 2b + c = 0 \\ a + 2b = - c \\ cubes \: on \: both \: sides \: \\ {a}^{3} + 8 {b}^{3} + 6 {a}^{2} b + 12a {b}^{2} = - {c}^{3} \\ {a}^{3} + 8 {b}^{3} + 6ab(a + 2b) = - {c}^{3} \\ {a}^{3} + 8{b}^{3} + 6ab( - c) = - {}^{3} \\ {}^{3} + 8{b}^{3} - 6abc = - {c}^{3} \\ {a}^{3} + 8 {b}^{3} + {c}^{3} = 6abc \\ hence \: proved
