Since, the given pair of eqns have infinitely many solutions, We can write as
a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2
=> k/12=3/k=k-3/k
By solving, k/12=k-3/k we get k=6
and by solving, 3/k=k-3/k we get k=0,6
