It is given that
diameter=63, radius=63/2
height=4m=4×100cm=400cm
Volume of one cylindrical pillar=

=22/7×63/2×63/2×400
=1247400cm^3
=1.2474m^3
Volume of 10 cylindrical pillars=1.2474×10
=12.474m^3
So, 12.474m^3 of concrete mixture would be needed to build 10 pillars
curved surface area of the pillar=

=2×22/7×63/2×400
=79200cm^2
area to be whitewashed=curved surface area
=79200cm^2
=7.92m^2
total area to be whitewashed=7.92×10
=79.2m^2
hope this helps you....
