Here are your answer mate
1) ( x + 5 ) ( x + 5 ) = ( x + 5 )^2
[ We see that we can use here ( x + y )^2 = x^2 + y^2 + 2xy identity ]
So
( x + 5 )^2 = x^2 + 5^2 + 2×x×5
= x^2 + 25 + 10x
2) ( 3x- 7)(3x - 7 ) = (3x - 7)^2
( we see here that we can use the (x-y)^2 = x^2 + y^2 - 2xy identity )
So
( 3x - 7 )^2 = (3x)^2 + (-7)^2 + 2 (3x)(-7)
= 9x^2 + 49 - 42x
