Given: A figure is made of equilateral triangle and a square of 7 cm.

To find: Perimeter of the figure,.

Perimeter of the figure = Perimeter of triangle + Perimeter of square  - common line( width )                   =  a+b+c +4a -2a
                                       = 3a+4a-2a
                                       =7a-2a
                                       =5a
                                        = 5(7)=35cm,.
