 {x}^{2}  + 5x + k = 0 \\  \alpha  \: and \:  \frac{1}{ \alpha } ......roots \\  \alpha ( \frac{1}{ \alpha } ) =  \frac{k}{1}  \\ 1 = k \:

5) As f(x) is divisible by g(x) ,

remainder is 0

so, by long division we get ab=1

6) one zero = α

second zero(reciprocal of 1st zero) = 1/α

α and 1/α are 2 zeroes

α(1/α) = k

Hence, k = 1
