1 . it can flow because interparticular space is Intermidiate size. they have no more force between them so they flow . they have no fix shape it is property of fluid .

2. the intramolecular force between them are too weak compared to solid and liquid . the force between them is negligible and that is why they are free to move . so it fill the container and it is compressible.
