(Let x be the required fraction)

∵ Bar is over 2 places after decimal,

∴ 10² x = 0.2323 * 10²

Take care that you have to keep same number of decimal places in first and second equations.

Now, subtract eqn.(i) from eqn.(ii),

⇒ 100x - x = 23.2323 - 0.2323

⇒ 99x = 23

Q2) LHS = [x^a(b-c) / x^b(a-c)][x^b / x^a]^c

Let's solve,

⇒ [x^(ab-ac) / x^(ba-bc)] / [x^(b-a)]^c

   (∵ x^m / x^n = x^(m-n))

⇒ [x^(ab-ac-(ba-bc))] / [x^(b-a)]^c

   (∵ x^m / x^n = x^(m-n)) Also, take care of signs.
